Mary Anne Fielding
Mary Anne Fielding is the Corporate Compliance Officer who oversees all regulatory compliance matters for St. Christopher’s Inn. A big part of her role is updating staff on regulatory changes, providing oversight and reviewing documentation compliance and is the liaison for all audits and accreditations.
Mary Anne believes in the value and importance of teamwork and puts forth her efforts with incorporating all leaders and staff in compliance efforts; as this assists the organization maintains good standing and ultimately assists in providing quality services to the men served by the Inn. Mary Anne has successfully begun and supported new services program during the course of her career, hospital based services and the local communities.
As a licensed clinical social worker, Mary Anne has successfully maintained a private practice serving adult individuals, families and couples in achieving their personal goals.
Mary Anne received her Master of Social Work from Fordham University and became licensed to practice shortly thereafter.
